It was the first deliverable of the AI transformation program I led in 2025, and it opened to the whole agency from day one.

On Cloud Run and Firestore the library costs 0 USD a month, so it needs no budget to stay alive.
DECISION 02
Measure usage inside the app.
Active-user analytics live in the library itself, to see whether people come back.
